Survives.fun
The home of Survival Tokens.
Only the survivor remains. And it absorbs everything.
01 · Introduction
Only one Survival Token survives.
Survives.fun turns real-world competitions into onchain Survival Markets. Every competitor becomes a Survival Token. Survivors absorb the liquidity of the fallen until only one remains.
The Genesis Event is the FIFA World Cup 2026. 48 teams. 48 Survival Tokens. 1 survivor.
02 · What is Survives.fun?
Survives.fun is the home of Survival Tokens.
Every team, nation, or competitor in a real-world event gets its own Survival Token. While the team is still alive, its token trades. Once the event begins, tokens freeze, and when a team loses, its token falls. Its liquidity is absorbed by the Survivors.
The longer a team survives, the more it matters in the market.
Dead teams feed survivors.
Not a prediction market. Not a sportsbook. Not a memecoin launchpad. A Survival Market.
03 · Genesis Event: World Cup 2026
48 teams. 48 Survival Tokens. 1 survivor.
The Genesis Event is the FIFA World Cup 2026. It features:
- 48 nations, 48 Survival Tokens.
- One real tournament.
- One onchain Survival Market.
- A market that shrinks with every result.
Each Survival Token follows the path of its real-world team.
- If the nation advances, the token survives.
- If the nation is eliminated, the token becomes a Fallen Token.
- If the nation wins, the token becomes the Winner.
04 · Survival Tokens
A Survival Token is a token tied to a real-world competitor.
It lives while the competitor lives. It dies when the competitor loses.
A Survival Token can be:
Survivor. Freely tradable.
Trading paused while a match is being played.
The team lost. The token freezes forever.
The last survivor. Trades on.
| Status | Meaning | User Action |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Survivor — nation is alive | Buy and sell |
| Frozen | Match in progress — outcome pending | Trading paused |
| Fallen | Nation is out | Frozen forever. Liquidity absorbed. |
| Winner | Nation won the tournament | Token remains freely tradeable |
Frozen is not Fallen. Frozen tokens trade again if the nation survives.
FIFA Ranking Tiers
Each Survival Token starts with a virtual market cap based on its nation's FIFA ranking tier. Higher-ranked nations get larger starting treasuries, while lower-ranked nations start smaller.
This makes the market fairer: buying an underdog Tier C token early and watching it win the tournament delivers far more upside than buying a Tier S favorite.
| Tier | Initial Market Cap | Countries |
|---|---|---|
| Tier S | 200 SOL | Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Germany, Spain |
| Tier A | 150 SOL | Belgium, Colombia, Croatia, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, United States, Uruguay |
| Tier B | 100 SOL | Algeria, Australia, Canada, Ecuador, Egypt, Ghana, Iran, Japan, Norway, Senegal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey |
| Tier C | 50 SOL | Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cabo Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Curaçao, Czech Republic, DR Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Jordan, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, South Africa, Uzbekistan |
Lower tiers = lower entry price, higher potential upside if they survive.
05 · Core Mechanics
Buying
Buy a Survival Token while the team is alive.
As more users buy, the team's treasury grows and the token becomes more central to the Survival Market.
Selling
Sell at any time while the team is a Survivor.
Once a team falls, the token freezes and can no longer be traded.
Freezing
Whenever a nation plays a match, its token is Frozen from kickoff until the match ends and a result is decided. This applies to every match.
Frozen is not Fallen. It is a pause while the match is being played.
- If the nation survives, the token trades again.
- If the nation loses, it becomes a Fallen Token.
Elimination
When a nation loses, its token becomes a Fallen Token.
It stops trading. Its treasury feeds the Survivors.
Absorption
When a Survivor token absorbs a Fallen token, the Fallen token's full liquidity is redirected into the winner's market as real buy pressure — pushing the winner's price up.
The total Fallen liquidity is split as follows: 80% executes as a buy on the Winner token, 15% goes to buybacks of our main token $SURV, and 5% is allocated to marketing.
| Allocation | Destination |
|---|---|
| 80% | Buy on the Winner token (distributed as dividends to holders) |
| 15% | Buybacks of $SURV (main protocol token) |
| 5% | Marketing |
The Winner tokens purchased with that 80% are distributed as dividends to every holder of the Winner token at the moment of absorption — proportional to their balance.
Dividends become claimable as soon as the Winner token is unfrozen. Each holder has a 24-hour window to claim. Unclaimed dividends after that window are forfeited.
Winners gain twice: buy pressure on the token they hold, plus dividends from that same buy.
06 · Dynamic Anti-Sniper Fees
Dynamic Anti-Sniper Fees
When a token is unfrozen, a temporary dynamic fee mechanism is activated to protect the market from instant sniper exits and sudden liquidity shocks.
For the first 10 seconds after unfreeze, transactions are subject to a 50% fee. After that initial window, the fee drops to 30% and then decreases by 1% per minute until returning to the standard fee structure.
This mechanism discourages short-term extraction, reduces harmful volatility during unlock moments, and gives the market time to normalize after each unfreeze event.
| Time after unfreeze | Transaction fee |
|---|---|
| 0 – 10 seconds | 50% |
| 10 seconds – 1 minute | 30% |
| 2 minutes | 29% |
| 10 minutes | 21% |
| 20 minutes | 11% |
| 30+ minutes | Standard fee |
The longer you wait after unfreeze, the lower the fee.
07 · Tournament Lifecycle
The Survival Market follows the real-world event.
For the World Cup 2026:
- Pre-event — All 48 Survival Tokens are Active.
- Group Stage — Attrition. Weak nations fall.
- Knockout Stage — Win or die.
- Final — One Survivor remains.
- Winner Market — The Winner Token trades on.
| Phase | What Happens | Token Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-event | All nations alive | All tokens Active |
| Group Stage | Nations fight to qualify | Survivors trade on. Losers fall. |
| Knockout Stage | One winner, one loser | Winner survives. Loser falls. |
| Final | Winner is decided | Winner Token is crowned |
| After Tournament | Event complete | Winner Token keeps trading |
08 · Group Stage
Group Stage is survival by attrition.
Not every match is sudden death, but every result matters.
Weak nations fall. Survivors get stronger.
Group Stage = gradual survival.
09 · Knockout Stage
Knockout Stage is pure survival.
Winner survives. Loser falls. Its treasury feeds the Survivors.
Every match is a market event.
Win or die.
10 · Winner Token
48 entered. 1 survived.
When the tournament ends, one nation remains.
Its token becomes the Winner Token — the only token that outlived the event. It keeps trading, carrying the history, liquidity and scarcity of the entire Survival Market.
- Survived all stages
- Absorbed the Survival Market
- Remains active
- Remains tradeable
One token absorbs the event. The final Survivor takes it all.
11 · Why It Matters
Real events decide who lives.
The tournament becomes a market.
Losers freeze. Survivors absorb.
Survival is economic, not symbolic.
A new onchain category: Survival Tokens.
| Traditional Memecoins | Survives.fun |
|---|---|
| Often live forever | Tokens can die |
| Mostly hype-driven | Driven by real event outcomes |
| No defined lifecycle | Clear tournament lifecycle |
| No elimination logic | Survival and absorption are core mechanics |
| Attention can disappear | Attention concentrates as the field shrinks |
12 · Disclaimer
Survives.fun tokens are experimental digital assets.
Users should understand the mechanics before participating.
Token prices can be volatile. Fallen Tokens stop trading. Frozen tokens are temporarily paused during key tournament moments and may become Active again if the nation survives.
